Bad results, slow generations, a feature you need, a billing problem — it all comes to the same place, and it goes straight to us. Leave your email if you want a reply; we answer within 2 business days.
Billing and cancellation
You can cancel, change your payment method or download invoices yourself from the billing portal linked on the pricing page. Refund terms are on the refund page. Purchases are processed by Creem as merchant of record, so your card statement and invoices will show Creem.
Privacy and data deletion
To delete your account and data, or to ask what we hold, send a request from the address you signed up with. We act within 30 days. What we store and who processes it is listed in the privacy policy.
